电站锅炉受热面泄漏原因分析及预防措施

摘要

Causes of pipe burst and leakage in the superheater, coal economizer, water cooled walls of power plant boilers were analyzed from the aspects of design and construc-tion, installment and maintenance quality and operation monitoring and adjustment. Corre-sponding preventive measures were given, to ensure the safe, economical and stable operation of boilers.%分析了电站锅炉过热器、省煤器、水冷壁运行中发生爆管泄漏的设计施工、安装检修质量、运行监视调整等各方面原因，提出了相应的预防措施，以确保锅炉安全经济稳定运行。
