企业集团信息化管理平台的设计与实现

The system design and realization concept and program of Informatization management platform of large enterprises are presented taking Masteel Group as an example, providing some reference for the promotion of informatization and improving operation man-agement and control ability of large enterprise groups.%以马钢集团为例，叙述了大型企业集团信息化管理平台系统设计、实现的思路和方案，对大型企业集团推进信息化建设，提高经营管理与管控能力，具有一定的借鉴价值。
