During operation of 220 kV GIS disconnecting switch of a substation, the arc discharge phenomenon frequently occurs between the insulating flange of GIS metal casing and the ground wire. This phenomenon is caused by VFTO during operation of the disconnecting switch. The corresponding protective measures and suggestions are offered to ensure safety and reliability of the power system.% 某变电站220 kV GIS设备隔离开关操作时,频繁发生GIS金属套管对地绝缘的法兰与接地线间打火放电现象。对这一现象进行了深入分析,认为是由于隔离开关操作产生的VFTO过电压造成的,并提出了相应的防护措施和建议,以保证电力系统的安全可靠性。
