RH炉钢水温度实时监测系统中关键技术的研究

         

摘要

RH炉钢水温度监测中不可避免会出现因钢水滚动、钢渣、钢水液面镜面效应等造成的测量误差。通过对其中的关键技术进行研究,例如关键参数的设计、采样区域的选择、灰度值的修正以及温度模型的建立等,从而准确获取钢水的实际温度,并给出温度变化曲线,提高钢水温度数据测量的准确性和连续性,便于精密炼钢和科学炼钢的实现。%Measurement deviations caused by steel rolling, steel slag and the mirror effect of molten steel surface in RH furnace steel temperature monitoring is inevitable. Through research on the key techniques such as the design of some crucial parameters, selection of sampling area, revision of gray value and establishment of temperature model, actual steel temperature was accurately obtained and temperature curve was drawn, to improve the accuracy and consistency of steel temperature measurements and promote realization of precision and scientific steelmaking.
