空分设备低温液体泵操作方法与维护改造措施

马钢20000 m3/h与35000 m3/h空分设备配备的低温液体泵，因类型与用途不同，采用不同操作方法与维护改造措施，保证设备安全稳定运行。文章介绍液氧泵、循环粗氩泵、汽化氧泵、汽化氩泵在启动、运行、停机时采用操作方法，阐述低温液体泵维护改造措施。%The low-temperature liquid pumps of the 20000 m3/h and 35000 m3/h air separators at Masteel adopted different operating methods and maintenance modification mea-sures due to their different types and functions, to ensure safe and stable operation of the e-quipment. The operating methods of the liquid oxygen pump, circulating raw argon pump, va-porized oxygen pump and vaporized argon pump for startup, running and stop are introduced and maintenance modification measures for the low-temperature liquid pumps are described.
