自动控制技术在燃气锅炉中的安全应用

摘要

通过对锅炉自动化程序升级改造，优化工艺参数调整、报警数值，计算机自动控制系统实现水位、汽温、炉膛负压的自动调整和安全报警，实现了锅炉安全稳定运行。%Process parameter adjustment and alarm numerical values were optimized through upgrading modification of the automatic program for boilers. The computer automatic control system realized automatic adjustment and safe alarm of water level, steam temperature and hearth negative pressure, achieving safe and stable operation of the boiler.
