宣钢焦炉煤气管网清洗与维护的实践

摘要

The coking gas pipes of Huanhua Steel could not be used normally due to serious clogging. Scaling removal with high-pressure water and optimizing section by section were adopted to unblock, repair and modify the coking gas pipes while some temporary pipes were laid out. Altogether 20km pipes were cleaned without affecting production, ensuring the normal operation of Xuanhua Steel and the gas use of residents.%宣钢焦炉煤气管道堵塞严重，无法保证正常使用。为此采取了高压水清垢、分区分段的优化方案对宣钢焦炉煤气管道进行了疏通、检修和改造，铺设了部分临时管道，在基本不影响生产的情况下，共清理管道20 km。保证了宣钢正常生产和居民正常用气需要。
