提高转炉煤气回收利用的实践与经验

摘要

阐述了西宁特殊钢公司对转炉煤气系统的回收改造方案及优缺点，分析了改造过程中遇到的问题，提出了解决方法，取得了很好的节能增效结果，并提出了持续提升转炉煤气回收量的改进措施。%The transformation plan for the converter gas recovery system of Xining Spe-cial Steel and its advantages and disadvantages were presented. Problems encountered in the transformation process were analyzed and solutions were put forward, which has achieved good effect in energy saving and economic benefit; and improvement measures for continuously in-creasing gas recovery rate were also proposed.
