车轮磁粉探伤设备磁化电流控制与故障分析

             

摘要

The control principle and typical failure analysis of the composite magnetizing circuit as the core part of the magnetic particle inspection device are presented, taking the NDD-CL4000 magnetic flaw detector for railway wheels as an example. Typical failures such as excessive magnetizing current, controlled silicon damage and magnetizing transformer burnout during production or maintenance are summarized and analyzed and countermeasures are also provided.%以铁路车辆车轮的专用磁粉探伤设备NDD-CL4000型磁粉探伤机为例,阐述了磁粉探伤设备的核心部件复合磁化回路的控制原理和典型故障分析。总结分析了在生产和维护过程中出现过的磁化电流过大、可控硅损坏、磁化变压器烧毁等典型故障,并给出了对应的解决措施。
