生物质气化产业中粉末原料的输送方式研究

在气化产业中，生物质粉末原料的连续稳定输送一直是气化反应中首要解决的关键技术之一。燃烧炉采用气力输送方式输送生物质粉末原料；在现有粉末输送技术的基础上，提出气化炉采用一种机械输送与气力输送相结合的输送方式，相互弥补缺陷，有效地解决了生物质粉末原料在输送过程中容易堵塞与热值低等问题。%In the gasification industry, continuous and stable delivery of biomass powder into gasification devices has been one of the priority key technologies to be solved. Pneumatic conveyer was used to transport biomass powder into the combustion furnace. On the basis of existing transportation technique, a combination of mechanical and pneumatic conveys comple-menting each other was proposed, which effectively solves the problem of blocking and low calorific value during delivery of the biomass powder.
