铁水KR预处理高效输粉系统研究与应用

             

摘要

通过研究目前铁水脱硫工艺中输粉效率低、输送喷溅问题,改进输粉设备喷射结构.同时改进输送管道定常助吹系统,解决浓相输送带来的物料堆积堵塞管道问题.采用新技术后,输粉效率提高1倍以上,脱硫环境得到较大改善.%Through studying the problems of low efficiency and splashing in the powder conveyer of hot metal desulphurization process, the injection structure of the convey equipment was improved. At the same time the steady blowing system of convey pipeline was improved, solving the problem of pipe blocking by material accumulation in dense phase convey. After adoption of the new technology, the powder convey efficiency has more than doubled and desulphurization environment was greatly improved.
