轧辊新技术在棒材生产线上的应用

摘要

介绍了棒材生产线开坯、粗中轧机组轧辊表面激光处理技术的应用，精轧机组高速铜轧辊的应用及效果。总结了激光处理技术和高速钢轧辊在棒材生产线中实际应用过程中存在的问题及解决的措施。通过轧辊新技术的使用，棒材生产线的作业率、产品质量精度等大幅度的得以提高。%The technology and effect of laser processing on roll surface in the blooming stands and the roughing stands rolling were introduced, at the same time the high speed steel roll were used in the finishing stands in bar production line. The problems and the solutions of laser processing technology and the high speed steel roll in the practical application in bar production line were summarized. Through the application of new technique of roll in bar production line, the work rate and the quality of product greatly improved.
