The paper firstly introduced the working principle of RH refining system, then all potential reasons of the problem were analyzed systematically for the vacuum malfunction in RH refining vacuum System of JiSteel, and the real reason was found out by the method of exclusion, finally the problem was resolved efficiently.%概述RH精炼系统工作原理，针对济钢RH系统真空度低下问题，系统地分析所有可能导致真空系统真空度低下的原因，运用排除法查找出原因所在，及时地解决了设备故障。
