60Si2Mn弹簧扁钢疲劳断裂的原因分析

摘要

通过电子显微镜和扫描电镜分析，发现60Si2Mn弹簧扁钢疲劳断裂的主要原因是用户加工工艺不当，成品板簧表面有全脱碳；材料内部存在带状铁素体有害组织；部分材料内存在大颗粒夹杂物。%By means of electron microscope and scanning electron microscopy analysis, the cause of fatigue fracture on 60Si2Mn spring steel were user process improper, the surface of the finished spring steel have full decarburization, materials that exist the banded ferrite harmful organization, materials exist the large size inclusions.
