邯钢煤气加压站生产工艺优化

摘要

The second gas-pressurized station provides mixed gas for sintering and pelletizing heating system in handan steel. Through the process optimizatibn, a gas centrifugal air blower has been stopped and its consumptions have also been reduced. The process optimization can save electricity more than 300 000 yuan, simplify operation sequence and lighten working intensity.%邯钢第二煤气加压站供球团和烧结两个系统使用加热用混合煤气，通过优化生产工艺，减少了一台煤气鼓风机的运行及其所有消耗，年可节电30余万元，并且简化操作程序，减轻劳动强度。
