在国内冶金工程总承包模式和管理服务模式逐渐兴起的时候，综合性大型工程的计划管理工作愈发重要。结合具体的总承包管理服务项目，对计划管理的基本原理在实践中的应用进行了系统性的经验总结和介绍．以供交流。%With the increasingly developing of EPC mode and management service mode in domestic iron and steel projects, the plan management work has been getting more and more important for large-scale integrated projects.
