连铸含铝冷镦钢预防水口结瘤的措施

摘要

对连铸长水口和浸入式水口内壁粘附物的检测和形成机理进行分析。提出了浇铸含铝冷镦钢时预防水口结瘤的措施，即通过在LF精炼炉造还原性白渣、合理控制底吹氩与钙处理工艺、全程保护浇铸、防止二次氧化与卷渣等措施来防止水口结瘤。实验结果表明预防措施效果良好，连铸水口结瘤明显减少。%To analyze the inspection and forming mechanism of inner adhesion of shroud and submerged nozzle, and to put forward the preventive measures for nozzle blocking in the continuous casting of Al-containing cold heading steel, such as the white-slag making, Ar-blowing control at the bottom, Ca treatment technology, complete protective casting technology, prevention from secondary oxidation and slag entrapment.
