铜—硫氰酸铵—罗丹明B三元络合物体系分光光度法测定微量铜

摘要

In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol a method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in ternary complex system of Cu-NH3SCN-RDB has been presented. The method is easy to operate and has high sensitivity(ε=1.84×105L*mol－1* cm－1）, higher selectivity，good prec ision（RSD％＝3.4) and accuracy.%本文提出了聚乙烯醇存在下，Cu—SCN—RDB三元络合物 体系分光光度法测定微量铜的新方法。本方法灵敏度高（ε＝1.84×10 5），选择性好，操作简便，结果准确。
