N-对甲苯基-N’-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲的合成及其分析应用

     

摘要

The new reagent N-(p-methylbenzene)-N'-(sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate)thiourea (PMPT) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectra. The reactions of PMPT with more than 40 kinds of ions were studied and the apparent molar absorptivities of the corresponding complexes were determined. The PMPT can be used as an identification reagent for Cu2+(m=0.015μg, c=0.50μg/mL) and Ag+(m=0.10μg, c=3.3μg/mL) and a new color reagent for quantitative determination of Cu2+(ε365.5=8.36×104L.mol-1.cm-1). This method has high sensitivity and good selectivity for Cu2+.%合成了新试剂N-对甲苯基-N’-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(PMPT),经红外、紫外、核磁和元素分析等测试,确定了其组成和结构。并研究测定了试剂与40多种常见离子的反应及其络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数,表明它可作为Cu2+(m=0.015μg,c=0.50μg/mL), Ag+(m=0.10μg,c=3.3μg/mL)的新鉴定试剂和光度法测定Cu2+(ε365.5=8.36×104)的新显色剂。
