电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铜铬锆合金中铬和锆

     

摘要

The sample was dissolved with nitric acid and sulfuric acid.The spectral lines without interference among elements at 284.984 nm and 343.823 nm were selected as the analytical lines for chromium and zirconium respectively.Chromium and zirconium in copper-chromium-zirconium alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with copper matrix matching technique.The detection limit of chromium and zirconium was 0.009 and 0.012 μtg/mL,respectively.The proposed method was applied to the determination of chromium and zirconium in copper-chromium-zirconium alloy samples.The results were consistent with those obtained by ammonium persulfate oxidization volumetric method (JB/T9552.2-1999) and xylenol orange spectrophotometry (JB/T9552.5-1999),and the relative standard deviation for ten times parallel determination was 0.40 % and 0.28 %,respectively.%以硝酸和硫酸溶解样品,通过选择元素间没有干扰的光谱线284.984 nm和343.823nm分别作为Cr和Zr分析线和采用铜基体匹配技术,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了铜铬锆合金中铬和锆.铬和锆的检出限分别为0.009、0.012 μg/mL.方法用于铜铬锆合金样品中铬和锆的测定,测定结果分别与过硫酸铵氧化容量法(JB/T9552.2-1999)和二甲酚橙光度法(JB/T9552.5-1999)的测定结果相符,10次平行测定的相对标准偏差分别为0.40%、0.28%.
