一种新型铅液覆盖材料的研制

         

摘要

介绍钢丝索氏体化淬火铅锅不同区域对覆盖材料的要求,针对生产时铅锅中间区域覆盖材料在长期使用后会逐渐氧化变质,密封效果变差,且清理铅渣时会带走铅液,增加铅的消耗,危害环境,损害操作工人健康等问题,采用多种覆盖材料进行对比试验.结果表明,采用生石灰粉作覆盖材料,颗粒细小,密封效果好,尤其是在穿丝和整理钢丝等操作后极易恢复到理想覆盖状态,使吨钢丝耗铅从2.38 kg降低到1.77 kg,效果良好.%To introduce the requirement for cover material in lead pot different areas in steel wire sorbitizing.Aiming at such problem as cover material go bad for oxidation in lead pot middle area after long-term use,sealing effect changing poor,and clean up the lead slag taking lead liquid,increasing consumption of lead,bad for the environment,damaging health of operators,variety of cover material contrast experiment was carried out.Results show that the quick lime powder as cover material,tiny particles,the sealing effect is good,it is easy to recover to the ideal coverage especially after wire passing and clear up steel wire operations,which reduce lead consumption per ton steel from 2.38 kg to 1.77 kg,the effect is good.
