高精度钢丝绳吊索制作工艺及质量控制

钢丝绳吊索是悬索桥最重要受力构件之一,钢丝绳吊索长度精度直接影响悬索桥的线型、受力和桥梁使用寿命.提高钢丝绳吊索的长度精度是悬索桥建设最重要的技术之一.通过改变钢丝绳吊索索体结构,提高钢丝绳吊索弹性模量及结构稳定性,采用预张拉的方式消除钢丝绳索体的非弹性变形,采用应力配长下料方式精确切割,采取严格的质量控制措施,成品吊索长度精度得到保证.经检验,静载及动载性能满足标准要求.%Wire rope sling is one of the most important force components of suspension bridge.The length of wire rope sling influences the line type,force and service life of suspension bridge directly.Improving the length accuracy of wire rope slings is one of the most important technologies for suspension bridges construction.Based on the steel wire rope cable structure change,improve the elastic modulus of steel wire rope slings and structural stability,the pre-tensioning method can eliminate non elastic steel wire rope body deformation,clean cutting under the state of stress,ensure the length accuracy of finished slings by strict quality control measures.After inspection,the static and dynamic load performance meets the standard requirements.
