2.5mm×1.65mm椭圆形弹簧钢丝生产工艺探讨

     

摘要

采用椭圆形钢丝生产的弹簧具有较高的疲劳寿命和可靠性.分析2.5 mm×1.65 mm椭圆形弹簧钢丝的技术要求,选择直径6.5 mm70钢盘条,计算出半成品钢丝直径5.0 mm.采用直进式拉丝机进行模拉生产,选择较小的部分压缩率和2道圆形加7道椭圆形的拉拔工艺.拉拔时模具长轴向上,并保证钢丝拉拔过程中短轴与卷筒壁相切,注意钢丝的方向性及平整度控制.生产的2.5 mm×1.65 mm椭圆形钢丝抗拉强度1 855 MPa,扭转35次,弯曲17次,满足技术要求.%The spring produced by elliptical steel wire has high fatigue life and reliability.By analyzing the technical requirements of the 2.5 mm × 1.65 mm elliptic spring wire,choose 70 steel wire rod with diameter 6.5 mm,and the calculated diameter of the semi-finished steel wire is 5.0 mm.The straight line drawing machine is adopted and drawing with die,choose the smaller part compression ratio and the drawing process of 2 round die plus 7 special-shaped die.During the drawing process,the long axis should keep upwards,and the short axis should touch with the drawing reel,meanwhile,the direction and flatness need to be controlled.The tensile strength of 2.5 mm × 1.65 mm elliptical steel wire produced is 1 855 MPa,torsion is 35 times,bending is 17 times,which meets the technical requirements.
