重钢太和铁矿选钛流程技术改造

摘要

太和铁矿现行选钛工艺流程已不能适应生产经营的要求，主要表现为：TiO2总的回收率低，钛精矿生产成本高，选钛系统处于亏损状态。根据生产流程状况及试验结果提出了选钛流程的技改方案。%The existing titanium separation technological flowsheet of Taihe Iron Mine cannot suit the requirements of production mainly because of its low total TiO2 recovery and high production cost of titanium concentrate,and the titanium separation system is in loss state.Based on the production flowsheet conditions and test results,a technical reform scheme of titanium flowsheet is put forward.
