S 9000集散系统在磨矿分级自控系统中的应用

摘要

The control object,the system compsition,the control principle and the major characteristics of the automatic control system of grinding-classi fication are presented.Its practical application in the grinding and classification production in Jiaojia Glod Mine showed that the average throughput per unit per hour was imcreased by 9.7% and the electricity consumption per t gold ore was reduced by 13.3% so as to achieve good economical benefit.%介绍了磨矿分级自动控制的控制目标、系统组成、控制原理和主要特点。在焦家金矿磨矿分级作业实践表明，平均台时处理能力提高了9.7%，每吨金矿电耗下降了13.3%，取得了良好的经济效益。
