地下金属矿井下移动式充填系统的研究与应用

     

摘要

In view of the complex broken ore-body at the underground metal mine with characteristics of difficultly and poor safety,much waste-rock,long filling pipe and complex construction of surface filling plant etc.. The mobile backfilling system is researched successfully in the underground mine by improving equipments of concrete mixer and concrete pump, which applies mobile filling pump and pumps waste-rock filling material with high-pressure and high-concentration to stope, and this system is applied in NO. 2 western sandstone ore with compound and broken of Hunan Baoshan Mine. Practice proves that this backfilling system has the merits of moving nimbly,high-pressure pumping,high concentration,high efficiency, low cost,and simple pipe installation,etc. It realizes treating waste-rock on-site and mining safety in underground mine.%针对地下金属矿山复杂破碎矿体开采难度大、安全性差、井下废石多、地表充填站充填管路铺设长且施工复杂等情况,通过改进搅拌机和混凝土泵等设备,研究成功井下移动式充填系统,即采用移动式充填泵高压泵送高浓度废石充填料浆充填采空区,并把该充填系统应用在湖南宝山矿西部2号砂岩复合破碎矿体开采中.实践证明,该充填系统具有移动灵活、高压泵送、充填浓度高、充填体强度高、工作效率高、成本低、管路铺设简单等优点,实现了井下废石的就地处理和采场的安全开采.
