河北某极贫铁矿石选矿试验

摘要

The extremely low grade iron ore in Hebei contains 15.69％ of TFe only, and iron ores mainly exist in magnetite (50. 16％ ). In order to provide the technical support for the development of the ore, beneficiation tests on recovery of magnetite are made by the process of dry pre-concentration-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation and the process of pre-concentration-stage grinding-fine screening-stage low intensity magnetic separation. Then, the iron concentrates grading at 66. 12％ and 66. 20％ with Fe recovery of 50. 14％ and 49. 87％ are respectively obtained. According to the experimental results, and combining with the practice of beneficiation at domestic, the process of dry pre-concentrationstage grinding-fine screening-stage low intensity magnetic separation is recommended.%河北某极贫铁矿石铁品位仅15.69%,铁的赋存形式主要为磁铁矿(50.16%).为了给该矿石的开发提供技术支撑,采用干式预选-阶段磨矿-阶段弱磁选和干式预选-阶段磨矿-细筛-阶段弱磁选流程就矿石中磁铁矿的回收进行了选矿试验,分别获得了铁品位为66.12%,铁回收率为50.14%和铁品位为66.20%,铁回收率为49.87%的铁精矿.根据试验结果,结合国内选矿实践,将于式预选-阶段磨矿-细筛-阶段弱磁选流程作为推荐流程.
