The extremely low grade iron ore in Hebei contains 15.69% of TFe only, and iron ores mainly exist in magnetite (50. 16% ). In order to provide the technical support for the development of the ore, beneficiation tests on recovery of magnetite are made by the process of dry pre-concentration-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation and the process of pre-concentration-stage grinding-fine screening-stage low intensity magnetic separation. Then, the iron concentrates grading at 66. 12% and 66. 20% with Fe recovery of 50. 14% and 49. 87% are respectively obtained. According to the experimental results, and combining with the practice of beneficiation at domestic, the process of dry pre-concentrationstage grinding-fine screening-stage low intensity magnetic separation is recommended.%河北某极贫铁矿石铁品位仅15.69%,铁的赋存形式主要为磁铁矿(50.16%).为了给该矿石的开发提供技术支撑,采用干式预选-阶段磨矿-阶段弱磁选和干式预选-阶段磨矿-细筛-阶段弱磁选流程就矿石中磁铁矿的回收进行了选矿试验,分别获得了铁品位为66.12%,铁回收率为50.14%和铁品位为66.20%,铁回收率为49.87%的铁精矿.根据试验结果,结合国内选矿实践,将于式预选-阶段磨矿-细筛-阶段弱磁选流程作为推荐流程.
