治理深部软岩巷道底臌时数值模拟的应用

         

摘要

随着矿井采深的增加,巷道顶底板岩层表现出软岩特性,常导致巷道形成严重的底臌.在治理时需要根据现场具体情况选择合理支护方式,其原则是在节约成本的前提下,同时能够满足巷道对运输、通风、安全方面的要求.用FLAC软件进行模拟比较,选择出最优方案.以新桥矿-550 m北翼轨道大巷为例,对巷道底臌的形成机理进行分析,提出多个修复方案,并用FLAC软件进行模拟比较,得到既能满足矿井安全生产,又能在经济上达到最节约的方案.通过矿压观测验证其支护效果非常好,其方法和支护技术为整个矿区提供了治理底臌的宝贵经验.%With the increasing of mining depth, the roof-floor lithology of the tunnel shows the characteristics as soft rock, normally resulting in the drift floor-heave. The rational bolt supporting mode should be selected based on the specific conditions to regulate the roof and floor. And the principle is that it can meet all requirements of transportation, ventilation and safety on the basis of saving costs. An optimum scheme is chosen after comparing the result of FLAC simulation. Taking Xinqiao Coal Mine -550 m north flank orbit drift as a case, this paper analyzed the drift floor-heave formation mechanism and proposed several repairing methods. Then, with the simulation of FLAC software, the optimal scheme which can supply the safety in production with the best cost-saving in economic is obtained.The rock burst monitoring verified that the supporting effect is good, and this method and the supporting technique afford the precious experience for managing drift floor-heave in mining areas.
