某铜转炉渣中铜的浮选回收试验

摘要

某铜冶炼厂转炉渣含铜4.60％,是具有较高经济价值的二次资源.对该转炉渣进行选铜试验研究,采用硫氨酯作铜捕收剂,在-0.075 mm占90％的磨矿细度下,经1粗3精2扫选闭路浮选,获得了铜品位为32.46％、铜回收率为89.75％的铜精矿,为该转炉渣中铜的回收提供了技术依据.%Slag of copper-smelting converter from a copper smelting works contains copper grade 4. 60% , which is a kind of secondary resources with high economical value. Carried out the test of recovering copper from slag of copper-smelting converter, taking thionocarbamate as collector, in condition of grinding fineness at -0. 075 mm 90% , after one roughing , three cleaning and two scavenging flotation process, got the copper concentrate grade of 32.46% and recovery of 89. 75%. These provide technical reference for recovering copper from the slag of copper-smelting converter.
