In order to provide the basis for development and utilization of a certain muscovite in Henan,beneficiation tests of the ore were carried out.The results showed that under grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 50.20%,iron-containing impurities including biotite,magnetite,hematite,limonite and tourmaline were firstly removed by using the high gradient high intensity magnetic separation.Then,under the acidic condition of pH =3,muscovite,quartz and feldspar were separated by using dodecylamine.Finally,muscovite concentrate with muscovite content of 91%,muscovite recovery of 70.75 %,Fe2 O3 content of 5.10% was obtained,which can meet the requirements of rubber filler in industry.%为了给河南某地白云母矿石的开发利用提供依据,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究.结果表明,在-0.074mm占50.20%的磨矿细度下,首先通过高梯度强磁选去除黑云母、磁铁矿、赤褐铁矿和电气石等含铁杂质,然后在pH =3的酸性条件下用十二胺将白云母与石英、长石等分离,最终可获得白云母含量为91%、白云母回收率为70.75%、Fe2O3含量为5.10%的白云母精矿,精矿质量满足橡胶填料的工业要求.
