河南某白云母矿石选矿试验

摘要

In order to provide the basis for development and utilization of a certain muscovite in Henan,beneficiation tests of the ore were carried out.The results showed that under grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 50.20％,iron-containing impurities including biotite,magnetite,hematite,limonite and tourmaline were firstly removed by using the high gradient high intensity magnetic separation.Then,under the acidic condition of pH =3,muscovite,quartz and feldspar were separated by using dodecylamine.Finally,muscovite concentrate with muscovite content of 91％,muscovite recovery of 70.75 ％,Fe2 O3 content of 5.10％ was obtained,which can meet the requirements of rubber filler in industry.%为了给河南某地白云母矿石的开发利用提供依据,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究.结果表明,在-0.074mm占50.20％的磨矿细度下,首先通过高梯度强磁选去除黑云母、磁铁矿、赤褐铁矿和电气石等含铁杂质,然后在pH =3的酸性条件下用十二胺将白云母与石英、长石等分离,最终可获得白云母含量为91％、白云母回收率为70.75％、Fe2O3含量为5.10％的白云母精矿,精矿质量满足橡胶填料的工业要求.
