五立铁矿采场结构优化数值模拟

         

摘要

Reasonable stope structure parameters is an important prerequisite to achieve the goal of mine safe and effi-cient mining. According to the ore and rock conditions of Wuli Iron Mine,the stage open-stope backfilling method is adopted to deal with the large and thick ore-bodies with solid surrounding rock. The structural parameters of the stope are optimized based on Mathews stability diagram method and FLAC3D numerical simulation method. Firstly,the structural parameters of the stope are selected preliminarily by using Mathews stability diagram method,the critical span of the stope is 22 m based on the analy-sis results;then,based on FLAC3D numerical simulation method and changing stope span,the chamber can be remain stable un-der the spans of 16 m and 18 m. Therefore,it is suggested that the span of the chamber is less than 18 m.%合理的采场结构参数是实现矿山安全高效开采的重要前提.针对五立铁矿的矿岩条件,设计采用阶段空场嗣后充填法开采围岩稳固的厚大矿体.以此为工程背景,采用Mathews稳定图法与FLAC3D数值模拟相结合的方法对采场结构参数进行优化研究.首先利用Mathews稳定图法初步选定采场结构参数,计算得出采场临界跨度为22 m;然后通过改变采场跨度,借助FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行优化分析,得出16 m和18 m的矿房跨度下,矿房可以保持稳定,因此建议矿房跨度小于18 m.
