强风化花岗岩作为充填骨料的适应性试验研究

         

摘要

A lead-zinc ore is mined from open pit to underground by using short-hole shrinkage method. A large number of irregular mining goafs are formed,that seriously affected the safety of mining and the recovery of residual ore. It is imperative to fill the goaf. The available filling aggregate in the mine is from the silver-gold tailings and the lead-zinc tailings produced by the related ore dressing plant,and the severely weathered granite in the mining area. The weathered granite is easily excavated without blasting,and shows as scattered gravel after excavation with less fine silty particles. So it needs crushing and screening. The gradation of weathered granite with diameter of -2 mm,-5 mm and -10 mm are analyzed,and the choice experiments on filling aggregate are made from basic parameters,slurry flow and strength test of filling aggregate of filling aggregate. According to the mining requirements of residual ores on the strength of cemented fill and the filling capacity of the mine,the severely weathered granite with parameters of -2 mm is finally chosen as filling aggregate.%某铅锌银矿为露天转地下开采,采用浅孔留矿法,长年的开采形成大量不规则空区,严重影响矿山安全开采以及残矿的回收,对空区进行充填势在必行.矿山可用的充填骨料有银金矿选厂产出的银金尾砂、铅锌矿选厂产出的铅锌尾砂和矿区地表的强风化花岗岩.强风化花岗岩易挖掘,不需爆破,开挖后呈散状砂砾,含细粉质颗粒较少,需经过破碎筛分.分别对破碎至粒径为-2、-5、-10 mm的强风化花岗岩的级配进行分析,并通过对充填骨料的基础参数测试、充填料浆的流动特性以及强度特性试验等充填骨料的选择试验,依据残矿回采对胶结充填体强度的要求以及矿山的充填能力,最终选择破碎后粒径为-2 mm的地表强风化花岗岩作为充填骨料.
