以石煤提钒尾渣为主要原料制备地聚物,不仅能减轻尾渣堆积造成的环境污染,还可以实现尾渣的二次利用,且与传统地聚物制备工艺相比,能耗大幅降低.对湖北某石煤提钒尾渣进行机械活化后制备地聚物试验,结果表明:随着尾渣粒度的减小,尾渣比表面积增大,尾渣中活性硅+铝浸出浓度提高;随着尾渣活化时间的延长,所制备的地聚物抗压强度逐渐提高;降低尾渣的粒径,有利于提高地聚物的物理性能和改善地聚物的微观结构;当尾渣与偏高岭土的质量比为7:3,NaOH和Na2 SiO3的掺量均为13%、胶砂比为1:1、液固比为0.15时,尾渣活化420 s所制备的地聚物28 d抗压强度达到25 MPa.试验结果为以石煤提钒尾渣为原料绿色高效制备地聚物提供了依据.%Using vanadium tailings as main raw material to prepare geopolymer can not only reduce environmental pollu-tion caused by tailings accumulation,but also realize the secondary utilization of tailings,and compared with traditionally poly-mer preparation process,energy consumption greatly reduced. Geopolymer was prepared using activated vanadium tailings from Hubei as raw material. Results show that with decrease of the tailings particle size,tailings surface area gradually higher,activa-ted silica + aluminium in tailings leaching concentration increased;As the extension of tailings activation time, compressive strength of geopolymer prepared increased gradually;Reduce the size of tailings is beneficial for improve the physical properties and micro structure of geopolymer. When quality ratio of silicon aluminum tail slag and metakaolin in raw material is 7 : 3, NaOH and Na2 SiO3 content are both 13%,plastic sand ratio of 1 : 1,liquid-solid ratio of 0. 15,tailings activation time of 420 s,28 d compressive strength of geopolymer prepared can reach 25 MPa. Test results provide basis for green,high efficient prep-aration of geopolymer using stone coal tailings of vanadium extraction as raw material.
