云南某铜矿石选矿试验

摘要

There is a copper ore in Yunnan Province,assay 1.39％ Cu,Main copper minerals are chalcopyrite,chalcocite,bornite and malachite.Copper main in form of copper sulfide,account for 73.30％,18.04％ copper present in free copper oxide form,8.66％ copper present in blind copper oxide form.Beneficiation experiments were conducted to develop and utilize the ore.The results show that at grinding fineness of 70％ passing 200 mesh,after one-roughing,two-cleaning and one-scavenging copper sulfide flotation,one-roughing,two-cleaning and two-scavenging copper oxide flotation,middling back to the flowsheet in turn,copper concentrate assaying 32.16％ Cu with copper recovery of 90.23％ was obtained.The tests results are satisfactory,and it can provide technique basis for reasonably recovery of the resource.%云南某铜矿石铜品位为1.39％,主要铜矿物有黄铜矿、辉铜矿、斑铜矿和孔雀石,硫化铜是铜的主要存在形式,占总铜的73.30％,游离氧化铜占总铜的18.04％,结合氧化铜仅占总铜的8.66％.对该矿石进行了选铜试验,结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-200目占70％的情况下,采用l粗1扫2精浮选硫化铜矿物,1粗2扫2精浮选氧化铜矿物,中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理,可获得铜品位为32.16％、铜回收率为90.23％的铜精矿.试验指标较为理想,可作为该铜矿资源开发利用的依据.
