贮矿高度对主溜井矿石流动性的影响研究

         

摘要

为探究贮矿高度对金山店铁矿主溜井矿石流动性的影响,以质量流率比作为矿石流动性的定量评价指标,采用PFC2D颗粒流程序构建主溜井放矿数值模型,对不同贮矿高度条件下的矿石流动状态进行模拟分析;基于自主研制的溜井放矿相似试验装置,开展针对性的矿石流动性相似试验,对数值模拟结果进行检验.研究表明,质量流率比Rw可以定量表征矿石颗粒的流动状态,便于数值模拟结果与相似试验结果的对比分析;贮矿高度与矿石颗粒的流动状态密切相关,随着贮矿高度的增加,质量流率比Rw呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;当贮矿高度为27.5 m时质量流率比Rw达到最大值,此时矿石颗粒的流动性最好;在质量流率比Rw随贮矿高度变化的趋势上,相似试验结果与数值模拟结果具有一致性.%To explore the effect of ore storage height on ore particles fluidity in the main ore-pass of Jin Shandian Iron Mine,mass flow rate ratio is chosen as the quantitative evaluation index of the ore particles fluidity.Using PFC2D particle flow codes to establish numerical models of ore drawing in the main ore-pass,fluidity of ore particles under different storage conditions are simulated and analyzed.Based on the ore drawing similar test device which is independently developed,the targeted ore flow similar tests are carried out to verify the numerical simulation results.Research shows that ore particles flow conditions can be quantitatively characterized by mass flow rate ratio Rw and convenient for comparison of numerical results with similar test results.Ore particles flow conditions are closely related to ore storage height,and with ore storage height increasing,mass flow rate ratio Rw increases first and then decreases.Mass flow rate ratio Rw reaches the maximum value when ore storage height is 27.5m,and ore particles flow condition is optimal.Numerical simulation results conform with the similar test results in the change trend of mass flow rate ratio Rw versus ore storage height.
