基于棒磨砂充填料的新型充填胶凝材料优化决策

         

摘要

以金川矿山棒磨砂为例,利用生石灰、脱硫灰渣、矿渣微粉等固体废弃物,以芒硝、NaOH作为外加剂开展替代水泥的新型充填胶凝材料试验研究.通过正交试验方案研究激发剂对新型胶凝材料充填体强度的影响,利用遗传规划程序回归新型胶凝材料抗压强度和沉缩率与激发剂之间的函数关系,使用遗传算法最终对回归函数进行有约束优化.结果显示:生石灰为7.05%、脱硫灰渣为16.32%、芒硝为3.062%、NaOH为1.08%、矿渣为72.48%,新型胶凝材料的3、7、28 d龄期抗压强度分别为1.00、4.03、6.73 MPa,优化结果符合现场充填强度要求,为新型充填胶凝材料工业化试验提供理论依据.%Taking Jinchuan mine rod milling sand as a case,with the use of solid waste such as lime,desulfurization ash, slag powder,and mirabilite and NaOH as the admixture to replace the cement,a kind of new backfill cementing material was developed.The effects of the activators on the strength of the new backfill cementing materials were investigated through the or-thogonal experiment.The MATLAB genetic programming is exploited to get the regression function of compressive strength of new backfill cementing materials and rate of settlement with the activators.Finally,the genetic algorithm was used to limitedly optimize the regression function.The results show:the compressive strengths of new backfill cementing materials for 3 d,7 d,28 d are 1.00 MPa,4.03 MPa and 6.73 MPa respectively with the lime of 7.05%,desulfurization ash of 16.32%,mirabilite of 3.062%,NaOH 1.08% and slag of 72.48%.The optimization results conform to the requirements of the filling strength,which lays a foundation for further industrial test of new backfill cementing materials.
