Through the ozone modification method, the polyacrylic-acid chain was successfully grafted onto the PVDF molecular chain by heat-induced graft polymerization, and then the hollow fibers were prepared by dry-wet spinning. This research focused on how the ozone treatment time affected the hydrophilicity of modified PVDF hollow fibers. Experimental results indicated that, comparing with pristine PVDF hollow fiber, the modified PVDF hollow fibers had specific structure, lower water contact angle and higher water flux.%通过臭氧处理,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)表面产生活性基团,经热引发自由基聚合成功将亲水性聚丙烯酸链接枝在PVDF上,然后使用干湿法纺丝制备中空纤维.使用红外,SEM,接触角测试仪与通量测试仪表征样品.本文主要研究臭氧处理时间对中空纤维亲水性的影响.结果表明,相对纯PVDF中空纤维,改性后的中空纤维具有特殊的形貌结构,较低的水接触角和较高的纯水通量.
