双膜法工艺浓缩亚铵法造纸黄液制肥料

         

摘要

开发了陶瓷膜和有机膜耦合的双膜法工艺浓缩造纸黄液制肥料,实现了黄液有机质的高效浓缩和纯化.考察了黄液浓缩过程中总固体含量、有机质(湿固)含量、有机质(干固)含量等参数的变化情况.结果表明,陶瓷膜和有机膜均能显著提高浓缩液中的总固体含量和有机质含量,且对无机盐具有良好的洗脱效果,能够提升浓缩液中的有机质纯度.采用双膜法工艺浓缩黄液的脱水率高于70%,有机质的回收率高于90%,无机盐洗脱率高于80%.与传统的多效蒸发工艺相比,双膜法工艺能耗大幅降低,产品有机质纯度提升,具有更好的技术经济性.%Dual membrane process with ceramic membrane coupling organic membrane was developed to concentrate the ammonium sulfite pulping yellow liquor.The concentration and purification of the organic mass in yellow liquor was effectively achieved.Variations of total solid,wet organic and dry organic during the concentration of yellow liquor were investigated.The results indicated that ceramic membrane and organic membrane both significantly increased the total solid and organic mass in the concentrated liquor.The purity of organic mass in the concentrated liquor increased due to the good performance of removing inorganic salt.The dehydration rate of yellow liquor was above 70% in the dual membrane process.The recovery rate of the organic mass was above 90%.The removal rate of inorganic salt was above 80%.In comparison with the traditional multi-effect evaporation process,the technical economy of dual membrane process was better because of the lower energy cost and the higher purity of organic mass.
