涤锦织物以D5为介质无水生态染色

         

摘要

The pollution of printing and dyeing industry is mainly water pollution, so finding a kind of non-water to carry out dyeing medium is one of the important ways of pollution control.The non-aqueous liquid material D5 (decamethylcyclopentasiloxane) was studied.The effects of D5 on the dyeing properties of polyester fiber were studied by the single factor variable method.The results showed that D5 was suitable for dyeing polyester-colored composite fibers under different temperatures, bath ratio and dyeing temperatures.The dyeing conditions were as follows:dyeing temperature was 130 ℃, dyeing time was 60 minutes;dyeing bath ratio was 20∶1.The role of water on D5 media staining was explored.Water can promote the addition of dyeing, and a more appropriate amount of water was obtained.The series of experiments and analysis confirmed that D5 as a clean and ecological media has the potential to replace water as a dyeing medium.%印染业的污染主要是水污染,找到一种非水的介质进行染色是治污的重要办法之一.对非水的液态物质D5(十甲基环五硅氧烷)进行了研究,探索其作为一种非水染色介质对涤锦混纺织物进行染色时,不同温度、浴比及染色时间下织物的得色情况,通过单因素变量法获得了D5对涤锦纤维染色适宜的工艺条件:染色温度130℃,染色时间60min,染色浴比20∶1.探索了水对D5介质染色的作用,水的加入可以促进染色,得出了较为适宜的加水量.证实了D5作为一种清洁、生态性介质具有取代水作为染色介质的潜力.
