企业高额奖学金的激励效果评析——以南京林业大学制浆造纸基金会奖学金为例

         

摘要

The article took a tracking investigation on the learning and professional development of the student who obtained Papermaking Foundation Scholarship in the past 5 years. From the point of statistical result, Pa- permaking Foundation Scholarship play a remarkable effect in the aspects of attracting high quality students, fund difficulty student to finish school and encourage students to like their specialty for the high amount of foun- dation and a reasonable standard of awards. Colleges and universities need to be accurately positioned to play the guiding role of enterprise scholarship, continue to optimize the improvement o[f enterprise scholarship evaluation standard, at the same time to establish long-term effective mechanism with the company for highlighting the scholarship education function, and to promote to enhance the overall oualitv of en~ineerin~ education.%通过对近5年获制浆造纸基金会奖学金学生的学习和专业发展情况进行跟踪调查,从统计结果来看,由于制浆造纸基金会设奖金额高、奖项设置标准合理,对吸引优质生源、资助困难学生完成学业、激励学生热爱专业起到了显著作用。高校需要准确定位发挥企业奖学金的导向作用,继续优化改进企业奖学金的评定标准,同时与企业建立长效机制突出奖学金的教育功能,促进工程专业人才培养质量整体提升。
