Objective: To understand the impact of aging population on health service in a city of Heilongjiang Province. Methods: The data of the middle-aged and elderly in Heilongjiang Province in the fifth National Health Service survey were used to analyze demand and utilization of health service, and to conduct single-factor analysis and Logistic regression to find the relevant influencing factors. Results: The two-week prevalence rate was 30.3％, the two-week visiting rate was17.1％, the prevalence rate of chronic disease was 34.2％, the annual rate of hospitalization was 11.7％ among middle-aged and elderly in the city. Degree of education and per capita household income for the previous year were the influencing factors of the two-week visit rate among the middle-aged and elderly. Conclusion: The government should optimize the allocation of medical resources, give full play to the role of primary medical institutions, perfect social endowment insurance, and improve the multilevel medical security system, so as to improve the utilization rate of health service for the middle-aged and elderly in the city.%目的:了解大庆市中老年人卫生服务需求与利用情况及其影响因素.方法:利用第五次国家卫生服务调查数据中大庆市中老年人的数据,分析其卫生服务需求和利用情况,利用单因素分析和Logistic回归寻找影响因素.结果:该市中老年人两周患病率为30.3％,两周就诊率为17.1％,慢性病患病率为34.2％,年住院率为11.7％,文化程度和上一年家庭人均收入是中老年人两周就诊率的影响因素.结论:应优化配置医疗资源,发挥基层医疗机构的功能与作用,完善社会养老保险制度,健全多层次医疗保障制度,以提升该市中老年人的卫生服务利用率.
