目的:了解武汉市艾滋病患者的社会支持现状,为制定社会支持政策及模式提供参考依据.方法:采用肖水源设计的《社会支持评定量表》对72名武汉市艾滋病患者接受社会支持的现状进行分析评估.结果:首次社会支持团体干预活动调查37人,第2次社会支持团体干预活动调查35人,2次调查的社会支持量表得分分别为28.61±6.10和26.59±6.92,均低于常模(P＜0.01),2次结果间无统计学差异.结论:武汉市艾滋病患者获得的社会支持水平较低,迫切需要社会的支持和帮助,建立适合于艾滋病患者的社会支持模式是非常必要的.%Objective: To provide basis for measures and modes of improving supporting sufferers from society through understanding the actuality of supporting AIDs sufferers from society in Wu Han. Methods: This paper analyses the present actuality of supporting AIDs sufferers from society by making use of the social support questionnaire designed by Xiao Shui Yuan, evaluates status about supporting from society accepted by sufferers. Results: The first investigative number of Society-Supporting is 37, the second one is 35. Contrasting two terms, we get the result of 28.61 ± 6.10,26.59 ± 6.92, (P < 0.01), so the result has no statistics'difference. Conclusions: AIDs sufferers gain a very low level of supporting from society, so they need supporting as well as help from our society urgently. Also it is necessary to establish a suitable style of supporting from society.
