医疗“一卡通”建设模式探讨

This paper describes the medical general card mode of this stage from the medical insurance card mode, attendance card mode, city card mode and joint bank card mode, etc. Four aspects. Then analysis and compare the four models, analysis problems in the process of building the medical general card mode and solve these problems.
