医院软实力的内涵及其构成要素探讨

     

摘要

目前我国医院改革已经发展到一个关键阶段,医院软实力与医疗质量、医患关系、群众满意度等存在直接且紧密的联系.为此,笔者在文献分析的基础上,将医院的软实力界定为吸引人群的非强制性的、非物质性的力量,提出医院软实力的构成要素包括2个维度、3大因素、10个因子,即2个维度是指对内吸引力和对外吸引力;3大因素是指对员工吸引力、对患者吸引力和对同行吸引力,而10个因子是指包括组织文化吸引力、组织管理模式吸引力、科技创新吸引力、关系吸引力、医疗服务吸引力、医疗质量吸引力、医院传播力、技术制导力、政策制导力和协调应变力.%Hospitals Reform have reached a critical stage in the current, there is close relationship between hospital soft power and medical quality, physician-patient relationship, patient satisfaction. Based on the literature review, this study showed hospital soft power is all non-mandatory, non-material power to attract crowd. Soft power included two dimensions, three factors and ten elements. Two dimensions include internal attraction and external attraction. Three factors include attracting staff in hospital, attracting patients and attracting other hospitals. Ten elements include organization culture attraction, management model attraction, technology innovation attraction, relationship attraction, medical service attraction, medical quality attraction, hospital propagation force, technical guidance force, policy guidance force and Coordination power of meet an emergency. And point out the shortcoming of the study of soft power of hospital.
