Health information resource plays an important role in health care, disease intervention and adjuvant treatment. Network is an important channel to access to health in Formation resource, but because of the openness of Internet, it is difficult to guaranty in formation quality,besides, quality of health information has a major impact on user hcalth, therefore, the network quality assessment of health information is very significant. In foreign it has been taken long attention, many assessment projects and related regulations have been developed.
