受艾滋病影响儿童的身心问题及干预对策

摘要

目的:了解受艾滋病影响儿童的生活及心理现状,并根据他们生活中存在的各种困难以及因父母身患艾滋病而产生的心理问题找到合理有效的对策.方法:综述近五年米针对受艾滋病影响的儿童的生活情况,如膳食营养,生长发育,学习情况等方面的调查研究,及心理方面的问题,如抑郁,自卑,受歧视等方面的调查结果,综合分析国家和地方所采取的措施,找出对改善受艾滋病影响的儿童牛活环境最有利的举措.结论:父/母患艾滋病或死于艾滋病后,儿童多身处贫困,学习成绩发生变化,甚至辍学,心理方面也比正常儿童存在更多的问题.因此,受艾滋病影响儿童需要经济和更多心理社会支持.%Objective: To understand the living and psychological conditions of the children affected by HIV/AIDS, and fmd reasonable and effective solutions to the various difficulties in their daily life and their psychological problems due to their HIV infected parents.Methods:Summarise the investigations and researches aiming at the life conditions of the children affected by HIV/AIDS, such as aspects of food and nutritions, growth, studying, and also about psychological problems , like depression , self-abasement, being discriminated, and so on.Synthetically analysethe measures taken by the national and local govemment, and find the most effective measures to improve the living conditions of the children affected by HIV/AIDS.Conclusions: After their mother or father, or even both infected or died from HIV/AIDS, the children ofien live in poverty, change in their studying grade, and some even dropped school.They also tend to have more psychological problems than normal children.To solve this, we must give more economical and social psychological support to the children affected by HIV/AIDS.
