医患诚信危机的伦理思考

摘要

医患诚信危机的本质是由于医患之间信息不对称而引起医患之间的利益之争,医患双方过分重视自身权利的扩张而忽视了医患诚信体系中的伦理地位不平等.本文从伦理视角直面医患诚信矛盾,重新解读医患诚信危机,指出医方应尊重生命,维护正义及承担起毋庸置疑的诚信责任.%Doctor-patient integrity crisis was rooted in the asymmetric information between doctors and patients. They play too much attention on the expansion of their benefits and rights but the unequal ethical status between doctor and patient. Facing the doctor-patient conflicts though an ethical perspective, reinterpreting doctor-patient integrity crisis, we realize that doctor must respect life, take the integrity responsibilities.
