中学生自我同一性倾向与心理幸福感相关研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨当代中学生同一性风格与心理幸福感的特点以及两者之间的相关性.方法:采用同一性风格问卷和心理幸福感量表对温州、宁波两地共372名中学生进行测试.结果:从总体来看,信息风格的中学生所占比例最高;中学生在心理幸福感的个人成长维度上得分最高;信息风格与心理幸福感呈显著的正相关,而规范风格和扩散/逃避风格与心理幸福感呈显著的负相关.结论:多数中学生在处理同一性问题时采用信息风格,我国中学生的心理幸福感水平较高,中学生同一性风格与心理幸福感密切相关.%Objective: This study explored the characteristics of high school students' identity style and psychological well-being, and their relationships. Methods: 372 high school students in Wenzhou and Ningbo were measured by Identity Style Inventory and Psychological Well-being Scale. Results: In general, most high school-age adolescents were classified as informational style; High school students got the highest score in the personal growth of psychological well-being; Informational style was positively related to psychological well-being, whereas normative and diffuse/avoidant styles were negatively related to psychological well-being. Conclusion: Many high school students dealt with identity problem by informational style. High school-age adolescents in China had a higher level of psychological well-being, and identity style was closely linked to psychological well-being.
