云南省某医院门诊医生处方基本药物的自身影响因素分析

摘要

目的:分析影响云南省某医院门诊医生处方基本药物的自身因素.方法:对资料采用SPSS16.0进行描述性统计、卡方检验和logistic回归分析.结果:门诊医生基本药物使用率为58.67％,影响基本药物使用率的主要医方自身影响因素为年龄、职务、学历、科室、政策可及性、政策认知和政策执行意愿.结论:云南省某医院门诊医生总体基本药物使用率较低,医院管理者应该采取积极的有针对性的措施促进该院门诊医生处方基本药物.%Objective:To analyze the inner factors of clinic doctor's prescription for essential medicine in a certain hospital of Yunnan province. Methods:Conducting descriptive statistics, chi-square test and logistic regression analysis on materials with SPSS 16.0. Results;The essential medicine had a low utilization rate of 58.67%, due to factors including age, position, education, department, policy accessibility, policy awareness and policy implementation willingness. Conclusion;The overall utilization rate of essential medicine in the investigated hospital is low. Hospital administrators should adopt positive targeted measures to promote the prescriptions for essential medicine.
