This paper explored the military and civilian integration of military medical support economic compensation model by analyzing problems in military medical insurance financial compensation of supply and demand of the existing military compensation, the ability to compensate weakening of external medical paid services and the compensation mechanism for restricting the quality of protection. Combined with the economy, livelihood, social and other favorable conditions for the establishment of military and civilian integration of military medical insurance compensation, the paper proposed the implementation of the third party to pay compensation mechanism broaden the socio-economic compensation channels, improve the military health insurance system, strengthening the financial compensation and legal constraints to the establishment of the recommendations of the military and civilian integration of military medical insurance financial compensation mode.%本文通过对当前军队在医疗保障、经济补偿中,存在的军队卫生事业费补偿与医疗需求矛盾突出、对外医疗有偿服务补偿能力弱化、补偿机制制约保障质量、军地医疗保障衔接不畅等主要问题进行分析,探讨军民融合式军队医疗保障和经济补偿模式,提出推行第三方付费补偿机制、拓宽社会经济补偿渠道、完善军队医疗保险制度、加强经济补偿法律制约等军民融合式军队医疗保障和经济补偿新模式的建议.
